I hear the lily lolo kabukis are very good and dont shed - I have 3 of the bare minerals ones and dont like them

fluffylegs · 12/04/2012 11:44

Thank you- it is for a lily lolo powder. That retractable one is a good idea though

ggirltwin2pinot · 12/04/2012 11:50

soft as a baby's bum and no shedding wahtsoever since I have had it ...about 2 mos.

is fantastic , only wish the handle was a bit longer

MissFoodie · 12/04/2012 11:53

might have to purchase...........

MissFoodie · 12/04/2012 11:54

ps whats the diff between this and the kabuki one then?

ggirltwin2pinot · 12/04/2012 12:00

not sure
the flat topped one was recommended to me so just got it
also saw video on you tube of someone doing mineral makeup and she recommended it

cardoon · 12/04/2012 12:07

DO NOT GET BOURJOIS ONE.... BlushAngry

fluffylegs · 12/04/2012 21:58

hmmm that is interesting PINOT, I like cocktail cosmetics too

I wonder if the kabuki ones are for a heavier coverage. that flat one looks like you can build up gently

The Body Shop kabuki is good.

ggirltwin2pinot · 12/04/2012 22:15

yes body shop kabuki is good but the flat top everyday minerla one is better

anniewoo · 14/04/2012 00:20

Do not under any circumstances get one from Primark ( if the bronzer brush is anything to go on) - you will look like the bearded Mr.Twit, it sheds so much!!!

caffinequeen · 14/04/2012 06:44

Eco tools do a lovely soft retractable one which I keep in my handbag. Their blusher brush is good too. They don't shed. Haven't tried their other ones as I still use the BM one. The BM one drives me nuts , it's rubbish but I am reluctant to fork out on a replacement in case whatever I buy is just as bad.

They sell Eco tools in Boots.

fluffylegs · 14/04/2012 08:21

Oh yes I've heard all about the Eco Tools ones. They love them on Sali Hughes get the look website

The bm heavenly face brush is brilliant and the only face brush I find that doesn't shed. Good coverage too.

polkydot · 14/04/2012 13:36

After using the horrible bm one for over a year I bought a bobby brown face brush a couple of weeks ago and it makes me happy every time I use it! Really soft, no shedding, much better coverage.

polkydot · 14/04/2012 13:40

bobby brown brush

MissFoodie · 14/04/2012 14:12

i just bought the eco tools flat top buffing brush, is nice, v soft and does not shed one bit, is £9.99 but they have 3 for 2 on at the mo!

ILoveApples · 14/04/2012 17:44

I recently changed to this Lily Lolo one when my BM brush gave up on me after cleaning. It's synthetic which makes it incredibly soft unlike the scratchy real-hair BM one and bigger too. Now I love buffing!

Bunbaker · 14/04/2012 18:39

I have a Body Shop one as well and am very happy with it.
