I know its a bit yuk, but I am getting a tad fed up of dark damp circles under my arms, I'm not even hot!
Plus my hair seems to get greasy within a day, any product advice you ladies could give?

Talc for underarms and Batiste dry shampoo in between washes?

Hardcore anti perspirant-one with aluminium in it.
Dont rub your scalp when shampooing, you'll stimulate the oil glands. Don't touch your hair often, that makes it greasy

I'd start by trying your normal antiperspirant, but apply it before going to sleep as it's more effective as it can penetrate better due to the sweat glands being less active at night. A simple change like that can work wonders. If it's not enough then use a heavy duty antiperspirant like Driclor, again you apply at night, wash off in the morning and with time you can reduce applications to as little as once a week.

For the greasy hair, dry shampoo.

Dry shampoo I'm doing and extra strength Mitchum too, I'll try it overnight!
I'm sweating even when it's cold!!

Driclor or Mitchum is good.

I have hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating) and it's horrid!

Try wearing only cotton clothes as they allow your skin to breathe.

Have you tried Odaban? www.amazon.co.uk/Odaban-Antipersiprant-Spray-30ml/dp/B001E7TY00/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1331514080&sr=8-1.

The Odaban www.odaban.com/website gives more info.

I tried it but it made me itch(I'm v sensitive) but don't let that put you off as its got some great reviews and it does work for a lot of people!

I will try those! Thank you vv much. I thought it might be a thyroid thing but maybe not.
