OMG- have spent the last near 24 hours mopping up after sick child........awake most of the night..........dropped the other children at school looking dreadful- seriously knackered looking, pale and puffy!!! Seems at my age, 38, i can no longer get away with no sleep. Alas rain ruled out sunglasses so what do you stylish S&B ladies use when you have mornings like this to help you look radiant?????

I use the lilac coloured Smashbox primer as it's designed to balance and brighten dull skin (iv nicknamed it the hangover primer!)

Then go for Illamasqua under eye concealer or Daniel sandler concealer.
Flesh toned liner in the waterline...vow by Illamasqua is nice. Then grey or navy on the lash line which is not as harsh as black, find I can get away fine with black mascara with this. White or pale highlight colour in the inside corner of eyes and on the brow bone to open eyes up.

Plenty of highlighter pick out high points, this makes cheekbones etc the focus and pull away from dark circles.

Natural coloured blush, pinky tones look youthful and automatically brighten the face.

Fill in brows!! This is a biggie! I do mine everyday but if you don't you will notice a huge difference. It's like an instant face-lift and really does make your eyes look wider.

Finally plenty of lipstick, gloss or balm...I usually go with something that adds some moisture as dry lips are a give away that your feeling a bit tired or under the weather.

Argan oil and the moisturiser. I don't wear foundation but conceal darkness and troughs with eve pearl salmon corrector or kryolan or bobbi brown corrector. Then apply concealer two shades lighter in the shadow ir the trough.

Harsh liners out when super tired. Often use lilac eyeshadow (mac digit) and dark plum shadow as liner with illamasqua flesh liner on waterline. You need something on the waterline.

Mascara top and bottom.

Blusher, I use Nars Turkish red, bobbi brown pots (choc cherry is lovely, or truffle rose) or a shu uemura pink one.

Pink/red toned lipstick applied with fingers. Nudes make me look tired when I'm tired
