As the title says. So depressing. I've been exercising 5 days a week, varying from cardio like running/cross trainer, to toning classes like pump and the like.

So the weight has come off but I'm so annoyed to see virtually no improvement in the cellulite on the backs of my legs.

Feel like I shouldn't have bloody bothered as I'm going to look the same in my bikini as I did before. Waaa.

Cut down on coffee and alcohol and drink lots of water. Crazy as it sounds I had cellulite one summer and used a body lotion by Clarins ( cannot remember the name of it sorry ) but for me it really was a miracle cure all cellulite gone by the end of the bottle !

Berri - you should see SOME difference within 3 days of doing it so use that as your motivation, keep going and you'll see a bigger difference within a couple of weeks. Keep me posted... I hope you get the results you want!

Hell - it definitely has to be dry.

Ok, this is what you do.
It's a bit scary at first, but I promise it works.
Clarins Huile Tonic - or Anti-Eau after exercise.
Put damp skin, not to much oil, work it right in, and then a cold shower - this will obi. take some using.
Start lukewarm, on the right leg, work up towards the left bit of the body.
Magic.
Really.

coffeeinbed · 25/02/2012 14:29

Oh, just take extra care because if poi use too much oil the shower might be slippery.

if you

My cellulite pretty much goes when I cycle to work in the summer months - I think when thigh muscles get bigger it sort of pulls the skin taught over them which makes my legs look miles better. I actually wore properly short shorts for the first time since I was about 12 after cycling loads.

ConstanceChatterley · 25/02/2012 14:55

We're talking a 26 mile round trip though - a good hour of cycling each way with lots of hills - so not an easy fix.

Interesting about the clarins cream, may give that a go.

can I ask, do you dry bush in a circular motion, or just upwards? Confused

I would think it would do the same - it's probably more about getting the circulation etc going rather than the brushing itself.
