Can over 40s wear skinny jeans?

Skinny jeans look good on other people, but could an early 40s (size 10) wear them without looking like 'mutton dressed as lamb'? If so, where would be a good place to get them?

Anyone can wear them as long as they fit well - don't sag, or create lumps and bumps -- - the slimmer you are the shorter your top - the more - - ahem - - er - well rounded you are - the longer your top which is better skimming over the undulations.!! - and I am old!

Have just bought myself a pair of red ones at the ripe old age of 42!
