Am 45 and need to reinvent my daily "uniform" of jeans !

have worn jeans daily since around 1979 - feel that now I'm mid 40s need to adapt my dress sense a little , appropriate to my age. Am 5 ft 4 , size 12 , small boobs , pot belly , childbearing hips. Have been told I have pretty face though, and am young at heart! Help me find a new flattering look please ( without feeling like I'm past it!). Thanks!

At 57 I'm pretty sure no-one's looking in the man sense of the word, but get lots of compliments at work from much younger women about my clothes. Which is nice.

BTW, I'm a teacher, with some leeway about what I wear, but I never do casual, nor booted and suited, except for parents's evenings. Love jackets and have loads, all quite individual, or non-Australian catalogues.

I never wear jeans for lounging around as I think they're uncomfy, so wear skirts, or very wide leg cords.
