Going back to work help please!

So, I haven't managed to lose all my pregnancy weight and I'm due to go back to work in 2 weeks (only 2-3 days a week)
Nothing fits me from before and I have been living in maternity tops and skinny jeans because I hate shopping

Frankly, I am a state and need sorting out!
I have a budget of about £100 to get a decent enough wardrobe that I can add to when I get paid.
I'm not allowed to wear skirts.
I'm 5'8, 32G, large size 10 - small 12, bit of a tummy.
Dark brown hair, green eyes, pale spotty skin.
Not really sure what shape I am. Hips/boobs are quite well balanced, I do have some shape but my waist is high (ie i go in where my ribs are!)
Anyone got any suggestions?
Thanks!

How about trying Sainsbo's (can't remember name of range). I have bought a number of items for work there (and am told I dress well). There's also Primark, F & F at Tesco's, George at Asda. For starters, then as you get paid you will afford different ranges. Or buy a couple of more expensive items (still some sales around e.g. Phase Eight, East) Then, of course, M&S for standard stuff. Good luck with the return to work!

Thanks TT.

Hadn't thought of the supermarkets. Is sainsburys the best out of those? We have an asda over the road but a lot of it is quite garish prints in that cheap looking shiny material. I know £100 isn't going to go far so might check out some of the sales you mentioned.
I suppose I'm not really sure what I should be wearing as until I had the kids I could pretty much get away with anything good job as I have no style
I'm now mid 30s and I'm not sure what's too young or too old!

I get a fair amount of works stuff in sainsburys, I never spend money on work stuff because I'm on a perpetual diet, hmmm! They've got a few nice bits at the moment.

I cunningly managed to get pregnant again before I went back to work and was 9 weeks when I returned. Obviously didn't want anyone to know, and was too small for maternity stuff so picked up a few cheap, figure skimming tops in H&M, so maybe try there?

Another alternative for you could be to buy a good wrap dress in the sales, as they tend to be a good option when you are losing weight (adjustable etc.)

BTW, sounds like you have a lovely figure!

Looks like a trip to sainsbo's is on the cards then!
You made me chuckle Amber as that's exactly what I did: back to work when nearly 3 months pregnant (which is why nothing from before fits/suits me as I was 1) much younger and 2) much slimmer
I optimistically kept all my size 6-8 stuff from pre- 1st pregnancy and have only just given it away having had a reality check!
I'm not in bad nick (crinkly, ruined tummy/tummy button kept hidden) but I have no sense of style and am quite lazy with my appearance

2-3 pairs of trousers you can swap about during the week with fairly plain stretchy vest/cardi combos until you get paid. A couple of accessories to change things up.

Then when you get paid you can introduce some nice blouses into the mix, more shoes.

Tu at Sainsburys and F&F are great. I agree George at Asda can be a bit gaudy with the patterns - you can spend the same kind of money at H&M and get nicer stuff.
