Sali Hughes hairdryer recommendation

HollyBollyBooBoo · 25/01/2012 13:11

About a year ago I read an article where Sali recommended a hairdryer which she said would cut hairdrying time in half. Does anyone know which hairdryer, where to get it and is it worth it?

TIA

Yes it's the Parlux one. Google that. If you're on FB, she has a beauty page where she regularly chats with the followers - it's called Sali Hughes: Get The Look. You can search any comment on that page to check recommendations etc.

Yes its a Parlux (www.parlux.co.uk) and yes they are worth every penny. I have found buying them direct from their website is the cheapest option too.

Its a compact version (3200) or the super compact one thats you want for home use, as the full size are the sort they use in professional salons.

They are super powerful, and will last for a long, long time. I'm waiting for my existing dryer to pack in before I buy one, but I persuaded my best friend to buy one on the recommendations on Sali's facebook group and she rates it very highly.

Very powerful, light weight, come in different colours and long lasting!!

They are fab and mine has cut down drying time by about 10 mins - I have very thick hair. I bought mine on line for £55 which I thought was a good price.

Just ordered it...very excited! Current hairdryer gets slower by the day and is sure to die at any moment.

Make sure you only rough dry the hair with the max heat button as it's VERY powerful, use the medium setting for styling with a brush.

Otherwise you will end up with spilt ends.

Good tip, thank you!

Just nabbed one for £35 + P&P on ebay. Thanks MN Swears By...been looking for a decent hairdryer for a while, as mine is pitifully slow. Had it over 10 years so due an upgrade.
