but how do do you stop it settling in the effing wrinkles?

  • If you're using eye cream, make sure you're only using a small amount, the skin should not be too greasy.
  • Setting the concealer with powder really helps it stop settling into lines. Bobbi Brown and Laura Mercier both do products that have both concealer and powder for undereye in one package. Laura Mercier also sell the powder on its own (Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder). It's sheerer and more finely milled than regular face powder so not as visible once you apply it to the eye area.

Have tried loads of them (Chanel, Benefit, YSL) and always suffered from the wrinkle problem. Recently bought Estée Lauder Ideal Light Brush On Eye illuminatior and I love it! Excellent coverage, dark circles are dramatically reduced and it doesn't settle in my fine lines crow feet

I've got that BB concealer and I think it's awful. I thought that Benefit erase paste and Powderflage gave a better result. Aaargh

Also, I used to dot under eye concealers on then blend. With the Estee Lauder one you literally paint/brush it on the whole under eye area and then dab (not rub) with finger to blend.

Tis a revelation this stuff I tell ye Grin
