What do you wear in bed? (And don't say "Nothing".)

I am so ashamed of my rather pathetic collection of pyjamas, they're ancient and shapeless and bleurgh colours (ie grey/blue). I feel so unattractive when I crawl under the duvet.

I actually like the idea of a nightdress but they all seem to be either red and black sateen and very small (chilly!), or like something Grandma Walton would wear.

For the love of God, can someone help me?

DH got me two sets of PJs from John Lewis and I can't get along with the tops- I wake up in the morning and all the buttons have come undone. Bottoms are great though, I'll pick up some long sleeved Ts from Sainsbury's to wear on top, or vests in summer.

Can't do nighties, they creep up and leave me feeling a bit vulnerable! Blush

I'm with LordOfTheFlies and ChippingInLovesEasterEggs on this one. I've got a lovely (well, it probably was once) one-buttoned sleepsuit that someone gave me for my birthday. It washes well, and takes up virtually no luggace space when we fly with Ryanair.

LordOfTheFlies · 20/01/2012 23:26

Actually mines got 3 buttons Quinions

2 at mid chest level and a sunk in one where the white stripes are.

It used to fit me lovely when I got it too. Gone a bit baggy now.
I loaned it out to 2 lodgers (DS and DD) and they didn't look after it.

I bet I can beat you all for sultry and drop-dead sexy.

In bed, I wear one of several pairs of lurvely M&S pjs (faded, unattractively clinging jersey) with half the buttons missing from the front, but it doesn't matter because the front always stays open. Over this daring ensemble I pop a shapeless grey fleece top with a teasing slit cut across it, roughly on the horizontal. No, I am not bedding Freddy Kreuger - the whole package facilitates feeding DS2. We co-sleep. He needs boob access or everyone has to wake up, which is tedious.

No, we haven't had sex recently. Why do you ask? Grin
