I've got to do something!
All the light reflecting, bag disguising makeup seems so expensive. Which is the best value?

Anyone tried the boots one?

I just shelled out a wad of cash for Bobbi Brown's corrector. It seems to work well and I'd be prepared to buy it again.

From the cheapies, Revlon's Colorstay concealer and Physician's formula twin concealer have worked for me. Both tend to settle on fine wrinkles, hence the need for a new, better product.

If you don't have undereye crow's feet yet, it's easier to find a budget solution.

I just bought the Boots one (I've got v dark blue undereye circles and fair skin) and it did nothing. £13 down the drain.

I do find Rimmel's concealer (sorry can't remember the name, but it's a squeezy tube with a brush at one end) as good as anything else I've tried. And think I've tried them all!

If your circles are really dark you could look at a theatrical supplier - Ben Nye, Screenface and Cosmetics a la Carte do really good pigmented concealers that last well - I've tried Screenface in the past and found it very good.

Light reflecting works for hollows but not purple coloured shadows

I like Maybelline 24 one, it can be a bit drying if you put too much on but covers really well
