do you prefer to do it

(a) online, on the sofa with cafe au lait on tap and you're own loo

or

(b) with 3 million other bodies crammed into a shopping centre or town, sharing flu, pushing, shoving and generally being rude & noisy...

I'm a. I just don't get why people like (b) - apart from feeling and touching the stuff you're buying, which I do get. But not the crowds & choas.

Why would you....

I prefer online. However, I expect to be at the shops on Christmas Eve with my husband picking up gifts for his family. I asked today what are you getting your mum answer i don't know. All the presents I am giving have been delivered and I will spend an afternoon this week wrapping them.

My Dh does his xmas eve as well, one year he awoke saying he had 'ALOT' on that day and that he was really 'stressed', then at 11am I got a phonecall which went like this:

Bring Bring

me: Hello darling, u ok?

DH: I hate shopping. What the hell do you want, honestly this is hell.

me: whatever you'd like to get me darling, just something which you've given thought to would be lovely,

DH: Well, to be honest, i'm finding this really difficult, and its ruining my christmas as i'm here in town and its mayhem.

me: fine, get me anything, I don't care

DH:

I got shower gel and and an oven glove that year. This year I bought my own gift in sept - much easier.Xmas Smile
