High levels of stress, not that great a doet, 17weeks pregnant, and skin is dull and lifeless
, Breakouts, dry legs, just really bad. Look so tired and worn out. Dark circles. Only 22! Have a gorgeous dd who
Is 1, but she's a good little one, so can't blame her! :).

Any suggestions?

Products, foods, things to do like massage? Etc

Some ideas of products you might try: Clarins beauty flash balm - love this, lovely flesh coloured balm that wakes your skin up in the morning and gives it a bit of a glow, Liz Earle superskin concentrate - just bought this recently and balances your skin, seems to lessen breakouts, cause I was getting a lot, use at night. Dark circles - Garnier roller ball isn't bad, bit more expensive touche eclat. Also try Boots eye masks - lovely refreshing slip them over your eyes for 10 minutes and refreshens your whole eye area. For stress - kalms or bachs rescue remedy. As far as diet goes if you are 17 weeks pregnant then you need to be eating lots of fresh fruit/veg and less stodge (but am sure you know that). For dry skin on legs - cocoa butter is good.

Oops not sure of kalms/bach rescue remedy if pregnant but a pregnancy massage might be helpful with appropriate oils etc

I had dry scaly ?lizard legs? when I was pregnant too. This sorted them out: www.mamamio.com/uk/body/omega-body-oil.html/ I like the fact that even though it?s an oil, it?s not that oily :o
