So you're looking for a snake chain I reckon. Do you have any independent jewellers in your area.. because the majority of us are awesome and have things that you can't find elsewhere!

How thick a chain are we talking? Because obviously if it's a really thick chain you will need a belter of a chunky pendant to go on it. Is it for everyday wear or an 'occassion' piece? Does it need to go with everything or can we go for a 'look'?

I dunno really.
Thanks for useful advice though.
I just like those thick chains.
God, I sound really thick and vague. Grin

Do you have stuff Bethel? Howzabout al ink?

I'm a vintage dealer so I don't have much online.. it all tends to fly oot ze door. Shall keep you all posted once my website is live though.

Do you like long chains like feature looong chain with dangly bits

Or something more contemporary like Chunky stone sets tend to sit better just on your collarbone with a thick snake chain to hold it in place.

Or something in marcasite? Very on trend for this winter style classic

Or if you have any ideas let me know and I'll see if I can source it from one of my dealers for you if you're stuck! Or if it's for an outfit tell me what it's like and I'll trawl the internet for you Wink

I might have a tiny jewellery obsession, but it's ok, so long as DP doesn't notice Grin

Links of London

or Astley Clarke have quite a few but think they may be too delicate.

Bethel, thanks.
I like the Born to Wear site and great prices. Saved in my Favourites.
I never spend a lot on jewellery but I like things that are not run of them ill.

Thanks to you Mrs C too. Lovely but bit pricey for moi.

surely you'd know yerself moony

I'm the same. The silver and gold price is sky high at the moment so you're always better buying off smaller dealers- as we don't buy in bulk we can be flexible with cost. And also it means you don't end up spending a fortune for something that isn't worth the money you paid for it.

The born to wear website prices are AMAZING. You'd easily pay double in any high street store. I recognise some of their stock and have used the same wholesaler as them previously so I can vouch that it's good quality sterling silver.

Glad to help ! x
