hi am still feeding DD but i desperately want to start wearing normal bras again.

i need however something supportive and uplifting as due to losing weight (and being bf / preg for last 4 years or so) my boobs are a shadow of their former selves Sad. they are particularly empty and saggy looking on the top part with wrinkly skin to boot. i think i am now about a 34c - and even then i cant fill the c cups in the top section of those moulded type bras. i ordered a wonderbra which came today but even that doesnt seem right or to do much for me.

are there any recommendations for a decent hoiking boobage up bra? i need some self confidence back. i (think) i am way thinner than i have ever been before but HATE the way my body looks.

so over to you - any ideas as to a bra that would work for me?
thanks

Fraya bras seem to be good at keeping my norks up where they used to be I want them to be. Some other good makes have made me feel a bit mumsy so I keep on going back to the fraya ones.

I just did my yearly bra shop. Last year it was at Rigby and Pellar. This year Debenhams. I'm very happy and didn't spend a fortune. Wish I bought them now as they are now on sale!

This age defying one is brilliant as it provides a fabulous shape www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10001_10001_152010402480_-1?breadcrumb=Home~Lingerie~Bras

and this one that has removeable air pads. The lift and fullness is quite amazing

Could you get to a good lingerie shop and get yourself measured? The right bra will do wonders for your shape and confidence, so treat yourself to a proper fitting.

Janet Rager at Debenhams are good, but wait till the january sales, they have huge discounts on all underwear, i've picked up many a bargain!

You need to go to a really good dept store or lingerie shop and get measured properly and take some advice. Whats good for me could be useless for you. The women who work in these places tend to be amazing at offering advice tailored to your bra size/frame/ishoos!! I wouldnt spend a penny til Ive done that, could all be a waste of your money!

Another vote for Freya here.

just checking back as have been hit with the flu Sad. we have an independent lingerie shop nearby staffed by two older ladies, so i could try there for a fit. the nursing bra they sold me was awful but i do remember seeing lots of freya in there, so i might go there to get measured (am avoiding M&S at all costs, they were terrible last time) and take it from there with findign something uplifting.
thank you
