Sun protection help - moisturiser, primer, sunblock?!?

Hoping someone can help - I have a pretty good skincare routine and am currently trialling a sensitive skin anti ageing moisturiser with no sunblock which i really like. My foundation, which i dont wear daily is spf 15. I feel I need something inbetween the moisturiser and foundation stage which has a high SPF ideally 50. Does this sound familiar to anyone - what do you use/reccommend?

Watching with interest as I am in the same situation - I did find that neutrogena high factor dry touch sunblocks have a similar texture to a silicon-based primer, they are hard to get in the UK though ...

This is great for sensitive skin - there's a version for oily/comb skin also

Only SPF 30 but this is lovely and non greasy under makeup - again an emulsion so goes on and sinks in really easily

I'm quite sensitive too and I use Dermalogica Solar Defence Booster, it's SPF 30. I use it under my cheapo Astral moisturiser and it works out well for me.

Mac do a spf50 which is a primer. I have used it for the last couple of years without any problems and I have an allergy to most chemical spfs.

I found it through makeupalley where it has excellent reviews. I think it costs just over £20 for 30ml but it lasts ages and is great for oily skin.

It clearly works because having used it for the last couple of years the pigmentation marks I had have gone...so no nasty rays are getting through to my skin Grin

Clinique city block comes in spf 40

Thanks everyone - a few to research and try here! Def want one that is inbetween the moisturiser and foundation - have heard of the mac one but was worried as someone said (on here i think) that some poeple had had bad reactions with it.

I use Vichy and La Roche Posay sun products and find them really good.

That Avene one looks good too and apparently comes in a tinted version.

Thanks for this thread. I have bad sensitivity to sunscreens so the suggestions are great.

WRT clinique city block I've had bad reactions to that so it may not suit but I do know other people who've used it with no problem at all.
