h&m home delivery question...

have ordered a jacket, it says it won't be available for weeks, delivery date is 19th december. that's fine, i am a patient person. but i have read bad reviews of their home delivery service so...

how likely am i to ever get this item?, anyone any experience of ordering from them?

do i give up now and continue scouring branches for the jacket? (already been to the 2 in peterborough, but could try leicester next)

I never got the last stuff i ordered months ago, it was a never ending saga that i won't bore you with but if you have a store close to you i would skip home delivery. I don't get why it's so difficult for them . Shocking customer service too.

My order did ok, arriving exactly a week after I had placed it. Though I was bugged as once you had registered with them, as I did at my home address, the site didn't seem to offer me any way of getting the delivery sent to another address, such as work.

Everything I've ever ordered from the has always arrived but sometimes in drubs and drabs and they never tell you when to expect it.

i opted for invoice in parcel, so haven't actually paid anything for it yet, so at least i'm not out of pocket. did also get 2 discount codes to work, so got over a tenner off it, bizarrely, the email confirmation says that my discount codes will be delivered on the 23rd november!

guess i'll keep scouring every branch i get to in case i spot the jacket in store, neither store in peterborough had it in.
