Removing bruise scar

About six weeks ago I managed to get a cracking black eye.

It faded eventually but have recently noticed that I still have a faint bruise under my eye. Any ideas on how get rid of it ? And will it ever go?

arnica is good for bruises.

Thanks. I tried that at the beginning.

Would it work to use it even now ? I thought that it was used to help with the bruise for the first one to two weeks?

Did anyone try Bio Oil?

I used bio oil when I was pregnant and it was brilliant. Pricey but worth a try.

Did you try arnica cream or tablets?

I took the tablets earlier this year and they cleared up some hideous bruises that I had.

Will try the bio oil

I used arnica tablets.

Sorry to hear about your bruise scar.
Back in the day doctors used to give kids injections that left a ruddy great big scar (think they were called bcg vaccinations) on the upper arm. I've had mine for a good few years and thought it wouldn't go away.
I tried organic Arnica, rosehip and bio oil (didn't like the smell of it but gave it a whirl). None of them worked for me and I gave them a good fair go for 3 months.
So, I went to see my doctor who suggested I tried Camellia Kissi oil because it was loaded with omega 9 fatty acid that helps fade existing scar tissue.
I used it twice a day (morning & night) for 3 months and I'm glad to say that my scar finally faded.
What used to look like a raised discoloured crater now only looks raised.
I bought mine at anitagrant.com
They sell samples for less than £3

Thanks for the recommendation. May try a combination!
