Sleeveless, longish cardigan/waistcoat?

I have been hunting with no success, has anyone seen one?

I would like it to come to mid-thigh or just above knee, be as plain as possible and ideally wool (not acrylic). Would like one in black and probably grey too, for layering over casual dresses and long sleeved t-shirts.
