Very tall 3 year old - where to get clothes?

Am struggling to get clothes for DD who is 4 in March. Today, got her an outfit from Next which had leggings and top. Size 6. Leggings were the perfect length but too big on waist, and the top was just ridiculously large. Poor girl constantly has half-mast trousers which is fine in summer but not so fun in winter. Tights seem to be a nightmare at the moment too. Got her size 7-8 today, which are ok in length, but too big in foot and they come up to her chest! Anyone got any tips? Clearly 2-part sets aren't the way forward.

I would say to try H&M where they do seem to be made for tall slim kids. I got my DD some tights there last week and they were perfect on the waist but very long....I actually commented "These are for a really TALL 3 year old!" as they were far too longin the leg on my DD (who is also 4 in March!)

Their dresses and t shirts seem long too....my DD is about average height and build.

Yh I would agree with mumbling there

I am watching this thread with interest - I have exactly the same problem with my tall and willowy DD who will be 4 in April.

I should add that I have started buying DD's tights for nursery from ASDA. I got some 3-4 from Next and they were too short and got holes in straight away. I got some 5-6 in ASDA and they were a perfect fit - not baggy at the ankles and still fit after washing.
I am stuck with the trouser thing - I have been getting 4-5 trousers for the length from Next, but I have had to put stitches in the waist band of ones that don't have adjustable waists as they fall down constantly.
