Capes?

What do we think of capes? I like the look of them but imagine they are a bit troublesome when also dealing with a pram, baby or even handbag?

I used to wear capes in my pre baby days and always liked the look but it's a bloody nightmare with a handbag. So you either have to put your handbag on your shoulder underneath as it won't stay on if it's outside the cape, or you have to do the swinging from your elbow thing.

Neither of these ways are going to work with a heavily laden bag with lots of baby stuff, as well as pushing the pushchair or holding a child's hand.

My old capes are on ebay as we speak...

Ah that's what I thought, thanks ... Oh well, back to the drawing board
