Will you be wearing it with a sombrero?

GarrottingItLaldy · 31/10/2011 19:35

Depends.

Avoid accessorising with a sombrero and handlebar moustache and you should just about be able to pull it off.

No. Probably jeans and boots.
I like it but wondered if folk thought it was too too iyswim. DH will probably start speaking in a spanish accent.

should be okay with a nice pair of boots....with spurs.Grin

seriously, those tassles are just looking to be dirty-grey in 2-3 wears...

Annanymous · 01/11/2011 04:15

I LOVE ponchos - but not keen on the tassles on that one.

I found this [[http://www.etsy.com/listing/84124671/cashmere-and-silk-poncho?ref=sr_gallery_10&ga_search_submit=&ga_search_query=poncho&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_ship_to=GB&ga_spelling_accepted=ponhco&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_facet=handmade cashmere & silk poncho] recently. It's a great price too. I live in a hot climate so it's no use to me :(

The other White Company ones are nice - the plain ones.

cashmere & silk poncho

wordfactory · 01/11/2011 07:39

That is a lovely one, thanks.
What drew me to the first one though was the neckline. I thought the roll neck would be a. cosy and b. would negate the need for a scarf which might look a bit much over a poncho.

It looks like the model is being merrily consumed by a jellyfish
