Something to go with my loved-but-never-worn boots?

I have these boots (sorry if the pic cones up small, but you get the basic shape. I love them but have never really had occasion to wear them.

Would they.look ok with a 60s style shift? I loved French Connection Bex Beads in navy, but never snapped it up, and was thinking of that kind of thing. Any suggestions?
