Do you think they are going to end up like Burberry and become totally 'chaved' I couldn't believe the number I spotted in our local shopping mall last week.

God, yes, I do so hate it when the great unwashed have the same taste as me.

Well I have 2 barbours - because they're stylish and practical.

Hate the 'chav' word though.

We have a cupboard full of Barbour Jackets some of them are knackered 30 'years old. Dh is a hoarder, dd wears Dh's old Beaufort when she goes beating for fil, But wears www.mainlinemenswear.co.uk/product.php?xProd=26470&jssCart=41563b082e2dcbef30ac5cd3ffb14bb8 this Belstaff one dh was brought for HIS 16th birthday as a fashion statement, apparently she gets lots of compliments. Dd also spent most of the summer saving up for this she looks lovely. My baby is not a chav!!!

Grouse.

There's loads about, especially cheapo copies. So many at the school run.

Its a bit like Uggs and I'm the same about them, cheapo ones look rubbish, I've a good quality pair (not real Uggs though, too overpriced) that have kept my feet warm for a few winters & still look same.

DP announced the other day that he thought we should get matching barbours. Hmm
