LBD needed

Help! I need a day LBD to wear under assorted jackets etc.
It must:

be knee length as I am of a certain age
have sleeves that will cover bingo wings
be cheap but not look it!
preferably be a natural fabric
but a light one
and available online
as I am in the tropics.
Does such a thing exist?
Where do I look?

try hobbs - I had their wool black knee length dress with sleeves, pinched at waist and flared upto knee.
