Any one had smart lipo?

Just wondered if any one had any experiences of this or the normal lipo under GA. Would consider getting my spare tyre sucked out, it is bugging me!

My cousin had smartlipo, and it didn't make a difference. She had a tiny little pouch sticking out from having a c-section, anyway there was no difference whatsoever, so she ended up having advanced lipo, which worked wonders. Her tummy is flat now, she was a very happy chick.
