Want a natural as poss way to perk up my crap skin. I have the beginnings of fine lines, loads of spots as well as dry forehead and generally look as knackered as I feel. Don't want to keep spending out on stuff that is no good, any recommendations??!!

I don't wear foundation etc, just lip gloss and mascara, maybe that would be the way to go to improve things, haven't worn any for over 5 years so any recommendations on that front as well, don't want to end up looking orange or like I'm made of plastacene although would prob be better than way I look right now Blush

I love spiezia, particularly the facial cleanser and dr hauschka's rose day cream. This website has just started doing free delivery:)

I use some green people products but more for hair and body than skincare. If you want something cheaper I use the lavera mascara.

If you are looking to buy some makeup lily lolo do mineral makeup and you can order really reasonably priced, decent sized testers.

Liz Earle products are lovely and will probably perk your skin up. I've also been using Fushi organic avocado oil as an overnight treatment on my dry flaky skin and it's lovely. Also makes a fabulous overnight hair treatment.

Contrary to popular belief, Liz Earle is not natural at all. It's got all the same chemicals as the rest of the mainstream cosmetics and since she sold out to Avon, I haven't bought any of her stuff. Green people stuff is lovely though. Nice SPF day cream that I've tried though I haven't repeat purchased anything else. Mostly use Neal's Yard now.

Sounds like you could benefit from a good cleanser and mask.

Re the make-up, get yourself down to a Bobbi Brown or Laura Mercier counter, or into Space NK for a facial. You don't have to buy anything (be strong, ask for samples and say you will think about it) but it will at least let you see what you would look like with make-up and they can also advise you on your skincare too.
