Price vs Quality

Whats more important to you for your childrens clothing price or quality?

Price for new and everyday clothes, because they grow out of it so quickly. (both under 5)
However if I get it second hand (ebay etc) will go for quality because I'm hoping its lasted well enough to still look nice enough but get at bargain price!
bit of a mix for school clothes, because they are being worn frequently, although DS1 has already put holes in his M&S trousers (5 weeks old)
