Where do I buy a pretty, non frumpy skirt for my soon to be eight year old niece's birthday?
I have googled and had to trawl through normal skirts and bizarre "modest clothing" websites were the skirts are not aesthetically pleasing at all.
I am thinking, nice colours, textures (maybe fine cord for the winter), perhaps some hem detail or a bit of applique.
