Hair cut - HELP ME!!!!!

I had my hair cut last week, well I say cut but it was more just trimmed, and I hate it. I've been back to the salon today to ask them to re-cut it and I'm going in tomorrow but I really need an idea of what they can do to make me feel better.

I have very very fine hair which is currently about shoulder length with a sohrt of side sweeping fringe. It looks lank and lifeless - a bit like rats tails!

I hair have a graduated bob before which was nice and I was planning to have it cut back in in December as we have a wedding to go to in November and I wanted to keep my hair longer so I could have it put up.

Please can anyone tell me what to have done to my hair tomorrow or link to some beautiful hair pictures to inspire me?

Have you tried the babyliss big hair? That would take away the lank/lifeless?

yes I brought one and sold it on Ebay, I didn't like it

yes i use straightners every day - wish I didn't as I think it really damages my hair!
