Best curling tong for fine hair?

And not too pricey too, also what products do you use with this that really helps set the curl x

I got an Andrew barton one, it was about 25 quid from argos. It does a nice curl.
I've no advice on products though, my hair is almost waist length, so the weight pulls the curls out, i've tried a curl defining mousse and various sprays, but just ended up with stiff hair, which I don't want.
