Massively important glam night next Mon, help me please!

Going to an important (to me, not red carpet or owt) awards ceremony next Monday. I need to look glamorous but I want to keep arms, thighs, stomach and arse well covered. I am feeling a bit too human-shaped this week. What can I wear?

I also have no time to shop so must be internet. And I can't wear heels due to a broken little toe so any suggestions for footwear would be brilliant.

I am a size 14, 5'10" and very pale. If that helps.

oh my gosh, I love that dress too. It's beautiful! But about £100 too expensive...forgot about the budget bit. I have about £30 to spend in total. That's dress and shoes.
