quickest/easiest way to remove make up without harming skin

well, i love, love putting on the slap but hate the
time and effort and general messiness in taking the foundation/eye stuff off. used to use wipes but found them sore on my skin plus gave me red thread veins so stopped that.
Try to do the palaver of cotton wool and cleanser but sometimes can t be bothered and end up sleeping in it-not good either!

does any one have any other ideas they use?

I love the Johnson eye make up pads which I use all over my face. I usually veer away from J&J but this product is brilliant.

Oil cleansing always gets positive comments but I'm too lazy busy to do it properly

I use a foaming cleanser. Something like Dermalogica's Special Cleansing Gel, which removes all my eye make up as well. I am currently using an Organic Surge one from Waitrose, which does get all my make up off but it does leave my skin a bit on the dry side.

Neutrogena 2 in 1 mask is very good. If I am just having a wash, I will use it as a face wash, however if I am having a bath, I use it as a wash and then dry my face and use it as a 5 minute mask. Makes your skin really clean.

Baby oil is good for taking off eye make-up quickly but personally I can't be bothered faffing about with cotton wool and cleansing stuff. I use Origins Clean Energy which is a cleansing oil that dissolves in water, so you don't end up with an oily face. It smells divine too, and a bottle lasts for months. I also use a muslin cloth or flannel when washing my face which helps with make-up removal.

Cream cleanser and a clean wet flannel, not fussy what brand of cleanser olays £2.99 one is fine.

I think there's alot to be said for letting you pillow do the work! Only joking - I use a babywipe & no I'm not joking there. Takes no time, I get the jumbo packs, so it costs very little & no ill effects to date. My children are too grown up for wipes now - so the only reason I still buy them is for slap removal.

I use Simple Foaming Cleanser. It gets rid of everything and feels gentle. I don't like eye wipes or anything astringent either and couldn't be bothered with cotton wool and cleanser. Have used this for years and years.
