Please help me find a nice flat knee high boot for winter

I really want some and the only thing that appeals so far is these but I would like a few options to choose between as I am not sure. They need to fit with skinny jeans on (the super skinny type so no excess fabric) and my calves are 38cm at the top.

I like simple style with not too many buckles etc and something smooth so nothing 'baggy' IYSWIM?

I am happy to spend up to £140.

i've got these in black. they are ridiculously comfortable. like a lot of things on the M&S website they are nicer in the flesh than on the site.

I like the Timberland ones that Dexter has suggested. I'm also contemplating these from Duo. I also have 38cm calves and need new flat black boots this winter. Will watch with interest.
