Anyone ever ordered from Boohoo?

looking for some info on the quality of clothes and returns process if I don't like. Have seen some nice things but at the price, they could look chep. Any experience?

DD2 ordered several things earlier this year and I'm afraid they all went back because the quality was very poor indeed. The returns process was easy though!

I ordered a dress on there for a gangster & molls party. It wasn't good quality but was very cheap, it was only for one time wear anyway.
