New Boots...what to wear with them

I've just bought these boots

But I generally live in jeans which I dont think really go with them. Inspire me please!

I think they are nice but would look ridiculous on me-for some reason I just cannot carry off chunky boots.
Would wear them with tea dresses,chunky knits,jumper dresses,leggings or very thick tights. If you have good legs then tailored shorts and woolly tights? or mini kilt?.

Anything with a short skirt and thick tights.
