why is it such a S & B faux pas to wear black boots with blue denim?

but just wondering why? i agree, i actually tried on some black boots with blue denim today just to test the theory :o and they looked shit.

yeah black jeans and black boots go fine IMO. or grey jeans and black boots.

that one of kate middleton, her jeans look black to me? in fact her outfit is much like the one i was wearing today. except i looked WAY better, obvs.
