what are the most flattering jeans money can buy?

Sorry if this has been done to death.

I need extremely cool jeans for a party - ones that are flattering to ladies of a pear-shaped persuasion with a small flabby tum.

I am a size 12 on top but 14 on the bottom and not very tall.

Any advice?

I was also very relieved that they were not distressed denim as I came home and read a horrendous report on the BBC website about the horrific effects of sandblasting denim on the workers. I had no idea it was so damaging and definitely won't be buying distressed denim again - it was just luck these weren't distressed as I hadn't read the report when I bought them - but in case anyone else is still reading and thinking of buying jeans, please look into it before you buy.
