What shoes and top with skinnies?

I need to trendy myself up and venture into the world of skinny jeans. Im 5'3 size 14 bottoms big norks 32gg and realtivley small waist. What top would I wear with skinnies to cover my ass and what shoes would look ok?

can you get hold of the Times supplement from yesterday (saturday)? I've thrown my copy away now but one of their fashion writers responded to that exact question. I think it was shoe boots, pumps or one other and always a top that comes to at least the hips, usually loose fitting.
