Where is the thread that mentioned best products to buy with the Boots No 7 voucher? Now I have amassed 5 vouchers I can't find it :-(

Thanks!

I can't seem to find it either but I would recommend..

lash adapt mascara
mineral powder blusher
make up brushes
pressed powder
eyeliners
brow pencils
skin illuminator stuff

I would not recommend: cream eyeshadow (like grease) or nail polishes (lots of frumpy colours imho) though I think quite a few people on the thread rated them for quality.

Some people also liked the Poppy King lip colour range but haven't tried myself.

The hot cloth cleansing stuff

'chic' lipstick (recommend on here and i've used it ever since!)
loose face powder
liquid eyeliners

AGree on ignoring the nail poilish - I find it chips far too easily.
Am also in two minds about their mascasra which smudges

levantine · 01/09/2011 22:10

the skin illuminator is good and the pressed and loose powder

the skin mattifying stuff if you have oily skin

I like their mascara but am in the minority on mn

FWIW, you can use the voucher and still get the "spend over £22" free gift. I did it today.

I like:

Cream blusher stick
Under eye concealer
Fast-drying nail polish
Skin creams/serums

Have never got on with their foundations.

I really like the 360 degree mascara. Also, the concealer with a blemish roller at one end, and the sauma face mask.

I'm not over keen on the make up apart from the lip glosses, so I normally buy the make up wipes with the voucher as they're really good. Yesterday I bought a hot cloth cleanser similar to Liz Earle and it was only £4 with voucher. It comes with a muslin cloth as well so pretty good value!

I just got a No7 microdermabrasion face wash and its very good.
