Aigle Wellie Sizing

I have found my perfect winter wellie

But I am a small 38 and everywhere seems to only have 39 and upwards. Is the sizing very small?!?! Will I be able to cope with a 39 or is it back to the drawing board?

My DH wears those and finds them true to size so a 39 would probably not work for you.

Not sure but they don´t have the NASA (?!) technology. I guess I will got for ISO
