I want gold shoes for DD... Can it be done?

I need a size 7; I would like this sort of t bar style, but will consider others if you've seen any good ones...

I MUST put her in gold shoes before she realises pink sparkly ones exist.

Please help.

Bit too glitzy?

picnicbasketcase · 23/08/2011 18:41

Or these

agennaro · 23/08/2011 18:44

Try Panache Kids, they normally have a good selection.

Hulababy · 23/08/2011 18:45

Some Gold mary jane style (no T bar though); www.panachekids.co.uk/Mary-Jane-Shoes/c-1-287/

We have done gold and silver footwear, more than once each. DD has had silver Hunters, silver leather winter boots, silver Elephantito sandals (pretty but impractical), gold ballerinas... memory fails me.

Monsoon and Gap sometimes do silver shoes.

Helenagrace · 23/08/2011 18:54

Monsoon had some recently. Just beware on sizing - it's a bit random. My DD needed silver shoes for a wedding and she was a different size in every style.

Clarks did some cute Mary-janes in gold last winter. You might find some if those in their factory shops.

bronze but £££.

tethersend · 23/08/2011 20:26

Oooh, thanks all.

I quite like the second ones, picnic, but pretty steep; also quite like the panache ones.

Bonsoir, I love that site... have found a red sale pair in her size which I want now. Bugger.

The only problem is no t-bar... I had in my mind a picture of the traditional t bar shoes but in gold. Nobody seems to do them any more.

Will have a look again and get one of the pairs linked to. Cheers Smile

Fark me, MrsCampbellBlack, you're not joking Grin

DD had these in silver last year and will probably get her the bronze this winter. Luckily her feet don't grow too quickly so they lasted a long time.

And I copied Bonsoir and got DD silver hunters which she loves.

moragbellingham · 23/08/2011 20:28

with flowers?

MrsCampbellBlack · 23/08/2011 20:29

God - I'm going to be down as the blooming Imelda Marcos of S&B at this rate.

thisisyesterday · 23/08/2011 20:36

gold t-bar doesn't look that gold, but if you make it bigger you can see it is a matt gold finish

thisisyesterday · 23/08/2011 20:37

££££

thisisyesterday · 23/08/2011 20:39

AchtungBaby · 23/08/2011 20:39

Try a Google product search.

thisisyesterday · 23/08/2011 20:40

is this the same as my other pair?

BikeRunSki · 23/08/2011 20:44

I love that this thread has come hot on the heels of 2 threads about how pricey ordinary Clark's are!

AchtungBaby · 23/08/2011 20:47

Grin at BikeRunSki's 'hot on the heels'.

misspip · 23/08/2011 21:47

misspip · 23/08/2011 21:49

Sorry, the link doesn't seem to work, put 'T-bar ankle strap shoe' in the search field
