Muscly arms - which style dress would suit....need answer quick!!

I have quite big muscly arms and I need a dress for a ball....did post last night about a dress with sleeves but I have accepted that ball dresses with sleeves don't really exist!

I have now found this fantastic website and have found various styles but am not sure which one would look best on me....

I need to decide by this evening as the sale is only on until the end of today otherwise they will be too expensive - plus the website don't do returns so it is a bit risky but need to make sure I pick the right one.

I would probably go for fuschia in them all - but just need to know which style is going to flatter me (other info - I am 5ft 8, standard hourglass size 14 with wide shoulders, smallish waist and wide hips)

Sorry - should add that I want the one that is going to make me look least like a russian shot putter

I have muscly arms & steer completely clear of halter necks as they make me look even bigger,too much flesh on show......I personally would choose the 3rd one but then I have wide shoulders,narrower hips & no defined waist,so imo I would go for the 1st with possibly some tonal light wrap around your shoulders if you feel conscious as it would look great on an hourglass or the 3rd.........sorry not much help.

I have big shoulders and quite muscular arms...I would go for the last option.

As posted above I steer well clear of halter necks.

I have some jersey maxi dresses with a very similar bust/neckline to option 4 and was amazed at how much they de-muscled my shoulders/arms....so amazed I went and bought some more in the same design.

I agree that the last one is the best if you want to take focus away from muscly arms, halter necks can make even the most finely boned lady look like a shotputter.

I like your favourite the most out of all of them but I think the third one would be the best, not keen on the final one.

Another vote for the last one, that's absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely wear that (if I had anywhere nice to go!).

Agree that the first one, while nice, will really emphasise your arms and shoulders, which may not be what you want. Same goes for the second one. The third one is lovely, though that sort of high neckline is often best with smaller bust, so if you're a proper hourglass then it might not be ideal.

I had it in the back of my mind that halter-necks were not good for muscly people which is why I wanted advice.

My head is saying the final one whereas my heart is saying the first one!

The consensus seems to be the 3rd or final one - my bust is fairly average-sized and I don't mind if it looks a bit bigger
