What colour boots with navy?

I have a couple of nice navy dresses / tunics to go with thick tights for autumn/winter

Tan looks fab with navy. I also love my grey uggs with navy. Not dark brown.

I wear a lot of navy and always wear tan too

I should explain - tan does look good, but it makes the whole look quite casual - maybe too casual for work.

I can wear smart/casual, but somehow, the tan boots make me feel more casual than smart, iyswim.

Grey would work well if you feel tan is a little too casual for work.
