The perfect work dress?

I want to be one of those people who can effortlessly wear dresses to work. I'm a teacher so it has to be practical, can be pretty casual. Also must be flattering and make me look thin, obviously .

Has anyone found the perfect work dress?

I have several Boden jersey wrap dresses which are fab for school. They wash well, are great quality and a flattering style. HTH.

I'm a jiggly size 14 - had a baby 4 months ago. Am rather top heavy too. Budget is cheap to middling.
