I work part time so have half my week at home.

I have cargo style trousers and boyfriend chinos from Uniqlo which are great.

Also got some great dresses from jigsawy (the lyocell ones) which can be dressed up or down so wear them for work with heels but with flats and denim jacket on my days off

I never wear jeans, hate them. I'm always in skirts or dresses. Nothing fancy, just high street type stuff - New Look, H&M, asos and the like (although am worrying that I love a Principles dress which I have refused to by because 1, it's £60 and 2, I'm only 31 - I haven't reached that stage yet have I?!)

I suppose I could give the rolled-ups a go, even tho I don't like my calves on show. Mind you, last time I wore a dress to my knee, I found Sally Hansen Glow made a huge difference Wink

I see leggings looking nice on people with tunics/short dresses but they can also cut off the legs and make them look shorter... Should leggings be worn right down to the ankles?

Fuzzled try tunic-style tops that go to the end of your hips rather than mid-thigh?

Ok I'm going to risk everyone's wrath by mentioning .... Boden! Are these naff?

I think leggings are best to the ankle. In fact I like leggings that look too long. This is partly because I'm tall but quite thin, so most trousers that fit my waist and arse properly are cat's-died ankle-flappers. I buy 36 inside leg leggings for the sheer novelty of getting to huff 'These leggings are too long!' Grin [freak]

I have raved about these on a separate thread. I love them and they are also nice and long if you have long legs (which I don't, but the fabric is so great you can hitch it up to fit and it is still comfortable). Also this is one pair of leggings you can wear with a hip length tunic or even a shorter top and not show your bum off!
