If your pale which shade should you go for? I have dark hair and eyes but really pale skin so I if I put a layer of fake tan on do I need the glow, medium or dark??

Do they come out of the bottle darker or paler than you first thought it would?

I am dark hair and pale skin and I have both glow and medium. The medium definitely looks like you have a tan. The glow just evens out blemishes and makes your legs look better. I tend to use the glow in winter/summer when I have no colour and the medium when I have a holiday or go on holiday. Hope that helps. It really is brilliant stuff x
