Christ on a bike... How painful?? It's just an evil slo - mo waxing, isn't it?

But, I did persevere and now have non-gruffalo like legs and acceptable armpits! And arms that don't look like a brickies! Grin

I ended up looking like I'd been in a jellyfish attack when I tried it. Fucking ouch!

Hahaha. I can't take full credit because I did wax for years before I switched, so my hair growth was reduced or weakened and somehow it didn't hurt. I remember doing it with a scary 8 shaped twisty coil when I was a teenager and that hurt too much so I gave up. Also, I am drunk like most the time so that makes life easier hehe.

I have to say when I first did my armpits I wept and bled. But now I can even do the old map of Tasmania without flinching.

My friend epilates and she has legs like the Venus advert women so I thought I'd give it a go. Turns out she just has incredibly good legs. My shins bled and had red lumps for days. Turns out I don't have incredibly good legs.

I have red lumpy legs, however, even that is an improvement on what they were like Grin

must have armpits of leather as that didn't hurt... or my nerves may have been shredded by then..
