Outfit for 5yo girl to wear to school disco

5yo DD is in primary 2 ( year 1) at local primary school. Her outfit of choice will be scruffy jeans, T shirt and trainers ie what she wears to play in the garden. Even i know she needs to be more dressed up than that. OTOH I dont want her to look like an 18yo going clubbing with "come and get it you know you want it" on her T shirt

Any suggestions? Price range = matalan/ asda/primark please!

and no skinny cow i don't want YOUR daughter either. have teenaged DSD which is quite enough

ooh malory , that sounds perfect. Dd doesnt like brown but pink or beige or cream furry would be acceptable i think. And there is a big asda about 15 mins drive away.

Do you think you get any freebies if your waters break in asda?

thnak you all for your advice. went to asda but they only had one pair in DD size and they were very wide on her skinny legs. Got a pair of John Rocha pink suede boots in Debenhams - in the sale at £20 so much dearer than Asda but they are really nice and i didnt need to buy anything else. She is absolutely delighted!!!!

A neighbour took her there and DH is collecting her so I am unable to report of the rest of the outfits worn by the P1-4 girls
