Ascot - Dress me please

I have been treated by a friend to an Ascot ticket. I need a dress! The rules are:

1. Must be knee length or longer
2. No spaghetti straps
3. No halter necks
4. No bare shoulders

I would prefer:

1. V neck
2. No pink, red or orange
3. I am a size 16 on top and I am currently breastfeeding so preferably a material that will give.
4. No silk, I ALWAYS manage to ruin silk.
5. It needs to be here by next Monday or available to buy this weekend.

My budget is up to £95

Please someone help. :)
